DELIVERIES
Havana Art Café will cover postage or transport costs within the UK.
CONSIGNMENT
A signed document is made if a work of art is on consignment. Consignment will normally last 50 days unless Havana Art Café decides differently. Every piece of art which is on consignment is Havana Art Café property and can be removed from costumer’s premise if needed.
PAYMENT
Unless otherwise agreed payment must be made within 7 days of confirmation of purchase, or interest charges may apply.
Full payment must be received by Havana Art Cafe prior to artwork being collected by or delivered to the client.
A 3% fee is charged for purchases made with credit cards. Payment made by debit card, cheque and bank transfer does not incur any such fees.
RIGHTS
Ownership only passes to the buyer when payment has been received in full by Havana Art Café. ‘Full payment‘is that amount stated on the accompanying Invoice, unless interest or other charges apply. Havana Art Café preserves the right to retrieve any work on consignment where full payment has not been paid.
